Carefully consider if you want to marry this person. Many many many Arab guys get engaged to American women to use them. I know from personal experience with one man who told me all of his sob stories (they all have them) Is there a reason why he hasn't come for 6 years? Do you know him really really well? Has he been to the states yet? One option is to go there and show them a picture of the two of you at the embassy...make sure you don't actually get married in Islam though...some Arab countries let the man prevent the wife from leaving the country without their permission and you could be trapped in Leb. Be careful....think things through....

To get a fiance visa, you must prove how you met, when and where you have been together over the years, etc. How often has he come to see you in the US? How many times have you been to Lebanon? He's met your family? You've met his? And you have to prove you have sufficient income %26amp; assets to support him and guarantee a $30,000 bond. He has to remain in Lebanon while the application is processed and be interviewed there.

If you met on the internet, there's an extremely high probability that you are being used for marriage fraud. As soon as he gets his green card, he'll dump you. You are subject to a lengthy prison term and $250,000 fine. Are you sure you really know him, or have you been swallowing his snake oil?
