I am in desperate need of some help/advice. Can you guys help me?

I am talking to my friend online and she was mad at me so I bribed her with saying I had some good news for her. So she believed it, and now she wants to hear it. I told her it had to do with me hearing people at school saying things about her. GOOD THINGS.


Can you guys give me ideas on what to say to her? It has to be good news about love necessarily.

I understand she was mad at you but you lied to your friend to get her to not be. Now you want a lie to cover up your lie? If you tell her another one it will lead to another and another and another...where will it end? If I were you, I'd tell my friend that I have to be honest and admit I lied so she wouldn't be mad anymore. I'd tell her that I was wrong to use the lie to do it. Tell her your friendship is important to you and that you want to talk out whatever she was mad at you over. I have had friends lie to me that I ended up busting in the lie and eventually ended the friendship with. If you care about your friend you probably shouldn't be on Q%26amp;A asking how to lie to her more but how to explain the truth. Honestly is the best policy...lying weaves a tangled web you may not be able to get out of!I am in desperate need of some help/advice. Can you guys help me?
try to tell her the truth. be bold. i know it's not easier said than done but try. and if that doesn't work out make up something like she's very pretty and smart or nice or popular or something.
First of all if you have to bribe her into not being mad at you then she is not your real friend. You should not be stressing over drama like this.

first of all you shouldnt have told her that. but if you have to say something sayy omggg _____ (the hottest guy in school) wanted to hook up with YOU in the beginning of the year but he's over you but how coool is that! or something. or just tell her the truth!
Her being mad at you doesn't mean she isn't your real friend... Friends get mad at each other from time to time as long as your friendship isn't lost because of it, you guys are good. You shouldn't have lied to her in the first place, that's playing games. You should tell her what you did before you lose her as a friend completely. Tell her in a jokingly way.
