But I agree, do it without practice.
just do it witthout practicing okay just do it the way you think it should be done.
It will come naturally, you've probably heard this, but it will just come to you. Just don't stress over this, go with the flow.

At 13 I'm glad that you haven't had your first kiss yet.
If you were my daughter I'd recommend eating something really garlicky first and to chew on an onion. But I don't suppose this is the kind of help you're looking for.
First thing is to relax and don't get too worked up. A kiss should start out gentle and slow and easy.... perhaps lingering a bit with the promise of more. Now having said that.... don't do that either! I'm kind of protective of young girls.
Oh yeah..... i sure hope he is not a smoker.... that would be a sure fire way to ruin your first kiss.
