i bought 2 eyeliners on ebay (stupid i know). no where in listing says they are fake, so i get them in 2 days and they totally suck. they dont even show up in waterline at all. i email seller and ask if they are real and tell her they suck, she replies ';she never tried them. i email again with ';are the authentic?'; she replies with ';im sorry i think they are not';.. so i want to know should i give positive, neutral, or negative feedback.. what would you give?Mac eyeliners on ebay? need advice help pleasee!!?

Negative, who sells fake products to ppl? Thats scamming.
Ask about shipping them back for a refund. If she doesn't agree, then she's probably not really ';sorry'; and deserves a negative.
