Need some fashion advice, help?!?

I'm going to a semi formal school dance in march and i need a dress. I was thinking about this one:

is it a little too summery for march? i would probably wear a cardigan with it, at least to and from the dance, what color?





what shoes would go well with it? i am 5'll'', so some sort of flats would be better than heels





also if you have any other suggestions that would be great...the dress has to be somewhat modest and easy (haha sort of low maitenance), and something i could wear to different occasionsNeed some fashion advice, help?!?
