Thing is i still have more weight to loose...like i still have some fat on my stomach that i want to get rid of before summer.
I have never been this motivated to loose weight...i didn't go on some quick diet..i have worked super hard and ate healthy for 6 months now and want to continue. I do cardio 3 days a week....workout videos 2 days a week. Squats, weights and abs are included in my workouts.
Any ideas on how to loose the fat thats left on my belly ...without loosing any more weight on the face ???? anyone else ever have this problem ??????Oh i need advice/help..please read?
Unfortunately you cannot spot target fat reduction without surgery. Rest assured though that the fat you have lost from your face will probably not decrease much more than it has. All that exercise requires fuel and sooner of later your body will have to draw on its fat reserves.
Smile, it can make the thinnest face look better :)
