i have been doing the 1000 calorie a day diet for 2 weeks now... when will i start losing weight... last time i did it i started losing weight the 3rd week... but that was with exercise... now im not exercising... any ideaS?

Why are you crash dieting? This is only going to hurt you in return. Dont you know that once you loose the weight you want to loose and then resume to eating normally that you will only gain everything back and more even? If you want to loose weight, eat healthy and exercise, there is no reason why you should be starving yourself.
Eating only 1,000 calories isn't the best way to lose weight. sure you'll lose weight fast, but in the long run you will just gain it all back. The best thing to do is search online for an Estimated Calorie Intake calculator (based on your height, weight, body type, and activity level) and to just exercise. That's the healthy way to do it. Oh yeah, cut out most of the sugar crap you might consume, including pop, candy, etc. doing that you can lose anywhere from 3-5 pounds in about 2 weeks.
