I need eyebrow advice. Help, please!!!?

I have always hated my eyebrows. I have experimented with plucking, waxing, coloring with powder, pencil, syling wax.... I just need advice, I have not found anything that really makes me comfortable with my eyebrows. I feel like they even ruin pictures of me sometimes.





These are the issues:


-I am a natural dirty blonde, so my eyebrows are ashy blonde or blonde depending on the season and my sun exposure


-They are sparse


-They are waxy


-the individual Hairs themselves seem long, but there are not many of them so I don't know whether to trim them


-my skin gets irritated easily with waxing


-They get messed up easily and look horrible if some of the hairs get pushed out of place





so it's not like I have bushy eyebrows that need a lot of trimming or waxing, it's kind of the opposite problem. I dunno what to do with them! is there any special wax (for styling/setting such that they wont move)?


should i trim them so that they wouldnt get brushed out of place so easily?

i dont have many pictures of them looking bad because i tend to get rid of those pictures so in those i would consider them decent.

there is nothing wrong with your eyebrows. but if they really bother you, any salon will shape and color your eyebrow. if you want the lighter shade of blonde they can mix the color and do for you. you will have to probably go every week to get it done.





there are others who totally wax their eyebrows and pencil them in each morning and there are those who wax and had their eyebrows tatooed in place so they never have to worry about it. of course, they had black or brown hair.

But if your not happy with them, you can go to a high end salon %26amp; talk to a hair technician %26amp; they will work with you to get your eyebrows the way you want them to look.

and to me your eyebrows lok fine.





but what i do is when yor done putting on make up.


take that eyebrow comb thing and go over em to begin to shape them.





and to thin them out or trim them i take my finger nail clippers and go over them. lol.

i personally like your eyebrows alot!!! perfect thick/thinness...not too thin but not bushy at all! and they arent too dark for you hair cause some people have black eyebrows and blonde hair.. i wouldnt change them one bit!

have a eyebrow brush


brush all ur hairs up


then use the eyebrow trimmers/scissors


and just cut all the little hairs that cme out of shape with ur eyebrows natural arch and walla thats all.

why do u say they look bad? they are just nice , they are blond ... i don't see they ugly but just try a eyebrows pencil one tone darker than the one ur aye-browns are that helps alot .

well ur eyebrows look fine and im sure ppl dont STARE at ur eyebrows but if u want to do something to them ill say....


1.let them grow


2.then go to one who threads ur eyebrows...


they work for me and they leave them nicely groomed!!

Don't worry! I use to hate my eyebrows.





But im totally over it. If you want your eyebrows to stay away from bushy i would use vaseline in your eyebrows. Just one dap and gently rub in your eyebrows. It will make them straight. And starting from the bottom of your eyebrows, take them off. Get it with a professional or get it fixed, but make sure you tell them this. You want your eyebrows to be thin but not that way. You just start from you end the bottom. Don't try going for all or it will look weird. Use vaseline every night before sleeping or when your eyebrows are bushy. Your eyebrows should look fixed. Thin and no bushy

You can go to a brow expert in your department store to get it re plucked again. If you don't like the brow shape at the moment.


After that you can pluck in between and then get it wax with a good salon.





If your eyebrow hair is getting to long, you can cut them short to the length you desire.


Use vaseline or clear mascara and brush through it in one direction. So it doesn't look like hairs are everywhere.





You mentioned that wax irritated you, if you go to a salon and they use good wax, it will be a painless, clean procedure. You can ask at your beauty supply what are these wax call and take note of it down and ask the salon and look for a good reliable salon that do the job.
