Lost Pet Advice - HELP!?

So I found this cat at the parking lot across from my apartment complex. He followed me home and now I don't know what to do. I can't keep him in my apartment and I don't know who to give him to. He ate the can of Fancy Feast I gave him and all the water but he's still hungry. It's cold and rainy outside. What do I do? The three options I can think of are outside, which he hates. The foyer, which is like a tiny jail, and the complex itself, which can cause problems. PLEASE HELP!Lost Pet Advice - HELP!?
call 911 non emergency and tell them you have a found cat... my dog was lost and they called the police and thats how we found her... but if it wasn't same day then we would have picked her up at the pound...

apparently just call report it and they may come pick up the animalLost Pet Advice - HELP!?
Call your local no kill animal shelter to come and pick him up. They have cases like this all the time and they will try to get him back to his owner or find a new home for him. The no kill shelters are so much better than the ones that give the animal a week or two and then euthanize him if no home or owner can be found. Pets are a huge amount of responsibility. There might be someone out there that is looking for a cat just like him and you can help him find his permanent home with the shelter's assistance.
Get a bag of dry food for cats and let him eat everything he wants. You can cook some meat with boiled water as they are carnivorous. A can of Fancy Feast is not enough...my cat has one and begs for food after one hour. You can make him sleep in a box with a small blanket, a huge soft sweater in a box will also work.
Well if you absolutely can not keep him in the complex keep him in the foyer its better than outside and don't over feed him because cats are the kinda animals that don't know when to stop eating maybe give him a little more food and water but not much
If you absolutely can't keep him inside, not even in a bathroom or room, try the foyer for now. Just while you figure out what to do or 'till you can take him to a shelter.
Why can't you keep him in your apt. until you can find him a home? If you absolutely can't keep him- take him to the Humane society in the morning. Or any other shelter that doesn't euthanize their animals.
Do not bring it home. Too many cats cause psychological disorders which may alter your mental perception of your true self, thus turning you into catwoman, my enemy. You Dont want to be a rival of Batman.
Put up posters with pics of the cat and wait at least 2 weeks. If no one claims it, take it to an adoption center for animals.
If you can't find his owner, take him to a shelter, where he will be looked after properly.
take him to your local shelter tomorrow.
You have to do what's right for the animal. Surely the cat doesn't enjoy being outside in the cold, rainy whether. Take the cat in for the night and tomorrow try and work on finding a home for her/him. If you can't find one then keep her/him until you do. How is anyone in your apartment going to find out anyway? If they do eventually find out about the cat being in your apartment, then you can just clearly tell them that it's temporary and you aren't going to let a cat be killed from being outside a gated parking lot, roaming the cold roads and/or the cold streets. I'm not trying to be mean, rude, vicious or vindictive or anything but it's the truth what I'm saying. Please take this cat in, I'm sure you wouldn't like to be out there. Now, would you? Again no harsh intentions. I prayed for the cat and will surely pray for the cat again later. Also, just feed she/he more of the cat food.

Good luck to you all :]!!!!

God bless you all :]!!!!
