My friends mum is trying to od herself. plz help.. advice?

my friends mum gets everything she wants out of her son, he is possibly the nicest most sweet caring guy ever, twice he has found her at her mums grave, overdosed over 40 pills, im not sure what pills. but we are in the middle of VCE we are in our last few weeks and i dont want him to break down. help what do i say to keep him sane.My friends mum is trying to od herself. plz help.. advice?
Your friends mother needs to seek professional help before she actually commits suicide. This is a real problem. Two weeks prior to his death, my step-brother told me that if he ever decided to kill himself he would by hanging, I laughed it off not taking him seriously. Two weeks later, he was found dead by hanging. Had I took it seriously, he might still be alive today.( He could not get over the death of his sister who died in a car crash.) I believe since your friends mother didnt die , she is reaching out for someone to help her. Tell your friend to have her committed to a hospital for treatment before its too late. You dont mess around with someones life. Especially after they have already taken pills to try to kill theirself. Tell him to please dont take this lightly. sounds like his mother is depressed and crying out for help. She needs professional help. He may be to late to save her next time. Tell him to hang in there and get her some help or maybe look into having her committed for her own safety.
