The rules for whether or not you can take the GED depend on your state. Most of them require that you be at least 18 and not have dropped out of high school recently - it's not meant for people who could still be in public school. Which you can. Some states won't let you take it if you just dropped out of school. Just stay in school - a diploma is worth more than a GED, and if you're not doing well in school chances are you might not pass the GED either. Plus, capitalizing every word makes that really hard to read.School? Possibly GED? Advice? Help?
a lot of teens regret not having the social interaction they would have got in high school but if you can do without it then a ged is a good way to get your high school diploma
IM JUST LIKE YOU true getting your high school diploma at home thats what im doing and then im going to school for 2 years to become a video game designer :)
Hey,

Im sorry about your situation. I have no idea what a GED is? ...Since I live in the USA. But I think you should just stay at high school and not waste the opportunity god has given you. Because there will be other people who are suffering worse eg. because of sickness, closing schools, no money at all to even afford school and having to drop out at an early age to support their entire family throughout the USA.

There will be other people at your school who are suffering like you. If you just add a tiny bit more study time into your spare time or ask teachers for a lunch/morning/after school tutorial in some subjects I think you will be able to get back on track. Ask your friends for notes from classes you missed and copy them into your notebooks so just read over them every now and then. Join a school sport or other extra cric activity to be more involved with the school to let the teachers know your still interested in school etc. and pay lots of attention in class this way the teachers will cater to your individual needs more.

If your struggling to pay for school or any other family issues try get an easy job afterschool like at McDz, babysitting, maybe even something like modelling? (which you can earn heaps of money off if your good) and help support your family by paying for some things yourself.

Im 16 yrs old, ask me any other questions through email on my page if you like. Hope that helps. =] Peeeacceeee.
