Help, I'm scared to throw up again, does anyone have advice to relieve my fear?

I don't mean to be gross or anything first off.





But I threw up like an hour ago and my tongue hurts in the back.





I'm starting to feel queezy again, and I'm scared because I don't want to hurt my tongue more and I'm just scared as to what's going on.





I felt fine earlier today, it all started when I ate this homemade bread after school. Do you think it's the bread or the flu?

im always scared to for some reason when i throw up but i just runto the toilet and just hope it doesnt come out
